- We are looking for an aggressive and result-oriented Sales Manager (Project Sales) to drive business growth for our Building Materials portfolio, specifically focusing on AAC Blocks.

- The candidate will be responsible for generating B2B demand, managing project sales, and establishing strong networks in Vadodara and Ankleshwar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales for AAC Blocks by targeting major commercial, residential, and infrastructure construction projects.

- Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with Builders, Real Estate Developers, Architects, Civil Contractors, and PMC consultants.

- Conduct regular site visits, identify project requirements early, pitch technical benefits, and secure product specifications.

- Oversee negotiation, order closure, payment collections,



and timely supply synchronization with the plant.

- Map competitors and continuously identify untapped construction pockets across Gujarat regions.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of hardcore field project sales experience in building materials (AAC Blocks, Wall Putty, Gypsum, ACP, Laminates, Tiles, False Ceiling, etc.).

- Proven track record of handling structural/finishing product approvals with local builders and architects.

- Robust communication, proactive follow-up skills, and thorough territory knowledge of Vadodara Ankleshwar.
