Sales Manager (Banking/Finance/Mutual fund/Insurasne/Loan/DSA)

We are looking ONLY for candidates with a solid CORE SALES background. Candidates from Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Credit Card Sales, or similar direct sales industries will be preferred.

Candidates from any educational background are welcome, provided they have proven CORE SALES experience.

This is a strictly ON-SITE position based in Dhanori, Pune. If you are not willing or able to work from the Dhanori office, please do not apply.

Marathi fluency is MANDATORY. Candidates who cannot communicate fluently in Marathi will not be considered.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly energetic, target-driven, and extroverted Sales Manager with a proven track record in direct sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working under pressure, achieving aggressive sales targets, and building long-term client relationships.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of strong sales experience.
- Experience in Banking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Credit Card Sales is mandatory.




- Strong client acquisition and client relationship management experience.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent market understanding and networking skills.
- Extroverted personality with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Marathi (Mandatory).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Ability to handle pressure and consistently deliver results.
- Willing to work from Dhanori, Pune.
