Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the bancassurance channel.

- Build strong relationships with bank partners to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.

- Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure effective execution of sales plans and provide coaching for improvement.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive general insurance landscape.

Job Requirements :

- 0-3 years of experience in banca or bancassurance sales.

- Solid understanding of general insurance products and services offered by various companies.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
