Role Description As a Sales Intern at TailsHug, you will support daily sales activities and help grow our community of pet owners and service partners. You will assist in identifying potential customers, presenting TailsHug’s services, and engaging with pet owners and providers to explain the benefits of the platform.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, supporting follow-ups, gathering feedback, and helping prepare sales materials and reports. You may also participate in on-the-ground outreach, basic product demonstrations,



and collaboration with the customer service and marketing teams. This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru South.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and team members.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and build positive relationships with pet owners and service providers.
- Sales skills to assist in lead generation, pitching services, and supporting conversion activities.
- Interest or basic experience in Training and Sales Management to help with product demos and support structured sales processes.
- Enthusiasm for pets and pet care, with the ability to engage empathetically with pet owners.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team environment.
- Proficiency with basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); prior internship or campus experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
