Go Finance is looking for enthusiastic Telecaller Interns and Freshers to join our sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people and want to build a career in sales and the finance industry. You will interact with potential customers, explain our business loan solutions, and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Introduce and explain business loan products and services.
Generate, qualify, and maintain customer leads.
Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments when required.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Build positive relationships with potential customers through professional communication.
