Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients in the electronics and scientific equipment sectors

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their technical requirements

- Product Knowledge Application: Leverage electronics background to explain complex products, specifications, and technical benefits to clients

- Sales Support: Assist in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and product demonstrations

- Order Processing: Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery

- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and identify market trends in the electronics and laboratory equipment sector

- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, CRM data, and prepare regular sales reports

- Coordination: Work closely with technical teams, operations, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction

- Follow-up & Closure: Manage sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and support deal closure

- Event Support: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as assigned
