Nuwizo Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd | HSR Layout, Bengaluru | Onsite only About the role You'll work directly with the founder on Nuwizo.ai an AI Growth OS built for Indian SMBs. This is not a shadowing role. You'll be on calls, in the CRM, and talking to real prospects from week one. Expect to learn what actually moves a B2B SaaS deal in the Indian market, and to be held to real numbers while you do.

What you'll do - Build and qualify outbound lead lists across target segments (real estate, healthcare, hospitality, auto dealerships, interior design)

- Run first-touch outreach over calls, WhatsApp, and email — and follow up relentlessly
- Book and confirm discovery meetings for the founder; sit in, take notes, own the follow-up
- Keep the CRM clean: every lead, every touchpoint, every next step logged
- Prepare proposals, pricing sheets, and pre-call research briefs
- Track pipeline metrics and report on what's working and what isn't




- Use the Nuwizo.ai platform daily — you'll be selling it and using it at the same time - What we're looking for - 0–1 years experience; final-year students and recent graduates welcome
- Transparent, confident spoken and written English; Kannada or Hindi is a strong plus
- Comfortable picking up the phone and cold-calling without flinching
- Organised, detail-oriented, and honest about what got done and what didn't
- Genuine interest in SaaS, AI, and how businesses grow
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru — this role is fully onsite at HSR Layout What you get - Direct mentorship from the founder, with real ownership from day one
