Incentive Calculation Analyst India & Europe

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Incentive Calculation Analyst to manage sales incentive, commission, and bonus calculations for India and Europe. The role involves incentive administration, payout validation, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales incentives and commissions.

Validate sales performance data, targets, quotas, and payout calculations.

Perform reconciliations and resolve incentive-related discrepancies.

Generate incentive reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.

Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Payroll teams.

Support incentive plan implementation, governance, and audits.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements:





Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.

3 to 7 years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance Analytics, or Variable Pay.

Experience handling multi-country incentive programs (India must & Europe /us valuable to have preferred).

Strong knowledge of commissions, quotas, bonus structures, and sales compensation.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Experience with Oracle ICM or similar incentive compensation tools and exposure to payroll integration processes.
