Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including regional/zonal sales managers and executives.

- Set individual and team sales targets, and monitor performance against KPIs.

- Identify recent business opportunities, markets, and channels for revenue growth.

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategy.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.

- Design and implement sales processes, incentive structures, and training programs to improve team productivity.

- Ensure adherence to pricing policies, credit terms,



and company sales guidelines.

- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
