Job Title: Sales Head

Job Summary:

PeeJay Max Private Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Head to ensure exceptional customer service, strengthen client relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team across assigned territories.
- Identify new business opportunities and build solid relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Review sales pipeline, forecasts, collections, and market trends to drive business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Conduct regular customer visits and support the team in closing key business opportunities.

Qualification & Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline.



MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development in RMC
- Experience in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), Building Materials, Construction Materials, Cement, or Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting tools.

Requirements :
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
- Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Compensation : ₹60,0000 - ₹70,0000 Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
