Job Title: Senior Sales Head – Commercial Interiors & Turnkey Solutions

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Sales Head to lead our commercial interiors and turnkey solutions business. This role is ideal for a result-driven professional with a strong industry network and a proven ability to convert opportunities into high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development by identifying and acquiring new clients in the commercial interiors segment.
- Lead end-to-end sales for turnkey interior projects—from initial pitch to final project handover.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and execution teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, and project pitches effectively.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.




- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and organizational goals.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in sales within commercial interiors, fit-outs, or turnkey solutions.
- Proven track record of closing high-value projects.
- Strong network within corporate, real estate, and design/architectural communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling large-scale commercial interior projects.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, costing, and project lifecycle.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
