Position Title: Sales Head

Department: Branch Operations (Sales + Support Functions)

Reports To: CEO

Role Summary:

Fairdeal Realtors is seeking a capable and mature Sales Head to lead the overall operations of our Branch office. This is a strategic and execution heavy role for a professional who can independently manage the branch's revenue goals while ensuring seamless coordination across support functions such as HR, Marketing, Accounts, and Inventory.

1. Business Leadership

2. Sales Team Management

3. Marketing & Enquiry Generation

4. Property Inventory & Operations

5. HR & Administration Oversight

6. Financial Coordination

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 10-15 years of overall experience with at least 4-5 years in a city-level leadership role managing both sales and support functions such as HR, admin, finance, marketing, or inventory.
- Industry: Experience in commercial real estate is Preferable

Co-working / Managed Office Operators

Skills & Traits:

- Robust team leadership with hands-on, on-ground management style.
- Strong grip on CRM systems, sales funnel monitoring, and dashboard reviews.
- Analytical problem solver with a bias for daily execution and process discipline.
- Effective communicator, negotiator, and closer.

Education: Graduate/MBA in Business Management, Real Estate, or related fields (preferred). Immediate Joiners would be an added advantage
