Location: Lucknow / Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh AMPL Solar is looking for an experienced Sales Head – Residential Solar EPC to lead business growth and build a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

- Develop and execute sales strategies for residential rooftop solar projects.
- Build, lead, and mentor the sales team.
- Generate and convert residential solar opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral networks.
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Residential Solar EPC Sales.

- Strong expertise in Residential Rooftop Solar Projects is mandatory.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, business development, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
