We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our Pan-India sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing multi-state sales teams, closing high-value corporate deals, and driving revenue growth through structured sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage sales teams across multiple states in India.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Monitor team performance through structured reporting and KPI tracking.

- Mentor, motivate, and build high-performing sales teams.

- Participate in final-stage negotiations to close major corporate accounts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.

- Coordinate with management to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience managing multi-location or Pan-India sales teams.





- Strong corporate sales and negotiation skills.

- Excellent leadership, planning, and team management abilities.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is mandatory.

- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.

- Willingness to travel across India as required.
