We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented State Head to drive our business growth across the state. You will be responsible for expanding our retail network, leading a team of Area/Territory Sales Managers, and scaling the adoption of EMI Collect among mobile dealers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities Network Expansion: Onboard new mobile retail outlets, multi-brand stores, and regional distributors onto the EMI Collect platform.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor ASMs, TSMs, and field sales executives across all clusters/districts in the state.

Target Achievement: Drive monthly and quarterly targets for key sales, platform activations, and active merchant rates.

Dealer

Support & Relationship: Conduct dealer training, resolve operational/technical escalations, and build long-term relationships with regional trade bodies.

Market Intelligence:



Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and provide weekly performance reports to senior management.

Requirements &

Skills Experience: 2 years of total experience in Telecom, Handset Sales, Mobile Accessories Distribution, Fintech Merchant Acquisition, or Retail Finance. At least 1–2 years of experience in a State/Regional Lead role managing a direct field team. Robust understanding of the local mobile retail market and dealer ecosystems.

Excellent team management, negotiation, and communication skills (English & Regional Language). Tech-savvy with good knowledge of mobile applications and sales tracking tools.
