Responsibilities
- Call customers and explain LOAN247 services.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the internal team.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi; basic English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
