Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Executive Sales Manager to drive showroom sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of Tile Lab. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tile collections.
- Generate quotations and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge on the latest tile designs, sizes, and applications.




- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records in the CRM.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware, building materials, or interior products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
