Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential or commercial property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales while delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on sales leads through various channels.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation processes.

- Maintain customer data and sales activities in the CRM.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial preferred).

- Candidates with experience in channel sales, direct sales, or property consulting will have an added advantage.

- Positive attitude and willingness to work on sales targets.

- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
