About ExProTrack ExProTrack is a project expense tracking software built for construction contractors in India and the Gulf (Qatar, UAE). We are an early-stage startup looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help us find our first paying customers in Bangalore.

Responsibilities Reach out to construction and civil contracting companies, builders, real estate developers, MEP contractors, and project management firms Visit local businesses in person to demo the product Follow up with leads and close signups Report weekly on outreach activity and progress Who we're looking for Based in Bangalore, comfortable visiting local businesses Good communication skills in English Sales or business development interest (freshers welcome) Self-motivated and comfortable with cold outreach Compensation Fixed amount of ₹10,000-₹13,000 per month, paid only during the initial 6-8 week trial period Commission structure for current paying signups:



For signups made in your first 3 months on this role, you will be paid 40% of that customer's first payment (or first-year subscription value for yearly plans) For signups made in months 4-6, you will be paid 30% of that customer's first payment For signups made from month 7 onward, you will be paid 25% of that customer's first payment Additional retention bonus for monthly-plan clients: 20% of their payment if they renew in month 2, and another 20% if they renew in month 3 After the trial period, the fixed monthly amount stops and compensation becomes fully commission-based No cap on earnings, more signups and yearly subscriptions mean higher payouts Next steps We'll begin with a 6-8 week trial to see how it goes for both sides, with clear weekly targets so progress is easy to track.
