Key Responsibilities Generate new business from builders, contractors, developers, engineers, architects, dealers, and retailers. Visit construction sites and identify upcoming project opportunities. Promote and sell Fly Ash Bricks and related building materials. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

Experience in sales of building materials, cement, steel, tiles, hardware, paints, or related industries preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence. Willing to travel within Kolkata and nearby districts.

Skills Required Good communication and negotiation skills.



Confidence in meeting customers and generating sales. Self-motivated and target-driven. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and MS Excel.
