Job Summary
We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic sales executive and sales associative to join our school admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling admission enquiries, calling prospective parents, scheduling campus visits, and supporting the admissions process. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to parents and prospective families regarding school admissions.
- Handle inbound admission enquiries professionally.
- Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
- Schedule campus visits and counselling appointments.
- Follow up with prospective parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries,
and follow-ups in the system.
- Achieve admission enquiry and conversion.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Front Office teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.
Eligibility
- Intermediate or Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must be proficient in any two of the following languages:
- English
- Telugu
- Tamil
- Kannada
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills are preferred.
Work Schedule
- Working Days: 6 days a week with a rotational off
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM(1 hr lunch,1/2 tea brake)
