- Customer Engagement: Greet visitors, understand their home or project remodeling goals, and offer tailored product recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate features, sizing, finishes (glossy, matte, frosted), and pricing for ceramic/porcelain tiles, bathroom fittings, and glass installations.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly individual and team sales quotas.
- Order Processing: Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and billing teams to ensure correct, timely delivery of fragile and heavy goods.
- Relationship Management: Follow up with architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail buyers to build long-term repeat business.
- Showroom Upkeep: Ensure displays, mock-ups, and sample boards are clean, organized, and updated.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
