Systellar Innovations is an ISO 9001:2015, IIT-alumni-founded solar manufacturer in Meerut. We design and build solar street lights, MPPT & PWM solar charge controllers and rooftop solar plants 25,000+ installations across India, with customers including ONGC, IIT Bombay, Suzlon, SG Bats, Dayal Group, Sharda Group, etc.

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Sales Officer to take enquiries all the way to closed orders.

What you will do

- Handle enquiries coming in from our website, phone, WhatsApp and email
- Understand what the customer needs and recommend the right product
- Explain the product in simple Hindi and English full training will be given
- Prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate and close the order
- Visit customers and sites across Meerut and NCR
- Build new business dealers, contractors, OEMs, builders and rooftop customers
- Coordinate with the production team and follow up on payments

Required Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience is a must. This is not a fresher role.
- 3+ years preferred. With less than 3 years, you must show a real attitude to learn on the job. We will teach you the product, but you should already know how to sell.
- Sales experience in solar, electrical, electronics or any technical product is a solid plus.
- No engineering degree needed, but you should enjoy understanding how things work.
- Graduation is NOT mandatory. We look at your selling ability, not your degree.
- Fluent Hindi and working English.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is required as this role involves field visits.
- You must already be living in Meerut or nearby (Modinagar, NOIDA, Ghaziabad from where Delhi-Meerut RRTS Train facility is available to come to Meerut. Our office is only 1 minute walk from Meerut Central Metro station.)
