Role Description : We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in the construction products industry. The ideal candidate should have experience selling products to contractors, EPC companies, industrial clients, and project owners.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, EPC companies, industrial customers, consultants, and project owners.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Identify upcoming projects and convert leads into business.
Conduct product presentations and provide technical support to customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing. Qualifications
2–3 years of B2B sales experience in construction or building products.
Candidates from cables & wires, lighting, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical products, or related construction product industries will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline (technical qualification is an advantage).
