Key Responsibilities
- Accounts & Billing: Create Sales Invoices (B2B/D2C), manage purchase entries, and handle journal vouchers.
- Software Management: Maintain daily financial records in Accounting software/Manual.
- Documentation: Prepare official letters, reports, and maintain an organized filing system.
- Office Coordination: Manage front desk inquiries, handle office supply inventory, and support management with daily tasks.
- Compliance: Ensure all records are maintained as per company policy and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Education:
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com), BBA, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Tally or Busy and proficiency in MS Excel (Data entry, basic formulas).
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly in Hindi and English.
- Speed: Good typing speed and high attention to detail.
- Attitude: A quick learner who is comfortable multitasking between accounts and admin work.
