District Lead – Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented District Lead to drive RoadMate's business growth and expansion across the district. The role is responsible for managing regional partners, onboarding distributors, driving business development, and ensuring district-level business targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage RoadMate's business development activities across the District.
- Identify, approach, and onboard distributors onto the RoadMate platform.
- Manage, guide, and support regional Partners across the district.
- Set business targets, monitor performance, and help partners achieve their goals.
- Support regional expansion, partner onboarding, and market development.
- Monitor KPIs, business performance, onboarding progress, and district-level growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders.




- Follow up on action items, deadlines, and operational priorities.
- Support business meetings, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to improve underperforming regions.
- Represent the company in key partner and distributors meetings whenever required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
