Job Summary

Jairaj Builders is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating quality leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain project features, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements

- Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–1 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or Sales Executive (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam. Knowledge of English and Hindi is an advantage.
- Robust persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM software).
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
