Job Function : Counselling / Documentation / Back End

Location : Hyderabad.

Responsibilities :

- We receive volumes of enquiries each month. You will be responsible for counseling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email & in person.
- A student counselor is responsible for guiding the students regarding their career decisions and helping them understands their potential and help to pursue their goals.
- Helping the students understand their skill sets and provide them ways to utilize it.
- Providing information about the various colleges and universities and advising them about various requirements.
- Pre-departure counseling to ensure student expectations are commensurate with reality.
- Helping the student access latest location information and on-campus activity schedules.
- Meet the assigned targets
- Delivery of outstanding client service which is paramount to not only the success of a case but is intrinsic to the culture and values of Gateway Visas





Desired Skills and Experience :

- Excellent Communication Skills, Convincing Skills and problem solving Skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills with a focus on Customer Service
- Self motivated, sales focused and result oriented professional with an ability to deliver under pressure
- Attention to detail, ability to retain high levels of concentration
- Should possess a Pleasing, Warm and Friendly personality with Qualified Mannerism
- Passionate to learn and grow with the company
- Result-orientated and Positive Attitude.

Pay package: Best in the Industry + Variable pay by way of incentives on sales.
