Job Posting: Commis 2 (Culinary / Food Production)Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Commis 2 to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist senior chefs with daily food preparation, ensure high standards of hygiene, and help maintain an organized, efficient workspace.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen (hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant).
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene, safety regulations, and culinary methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shift duties.
