Will be responsible for diagnosing and treating skin, hair, and unwanted hair concerns while delivering advanced dermatological and aesthetic procedures. The role requires robust clinical expertise, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans that ensure safe, effective, and satisfactory outcomes.

1. Clinical Governance & Patient Safety:

- Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety across all centers
- Approve, implement, and monitor treatment protocols and clinical SOPs
- Manage complications, escalations, and medico-legal cases
- Enforce ethical medical practices consistently

2. Protocol Development & Standardization:

- Develop and implement SOPs for treatments such as PRP, GFC, QR678, peels, lasers, HIFU, etc.
- Standardize consultation flow, documentation, and execution
- Continuously update protocols based on latest clinical advancements.

3. Quality Control:

- Monitor treatment outcomes, patient satisfaction, and success rates
- Conduct regular clinical audits across all centers
- Ensure realistic patient expectations and eliminate over-promising.

4. Consultation Excellence:

- Define consultation protocols and communication standards
- Ensure thorough case history, diagnosis,



and transparency
- Intervene in high-value or critical consultations when required.

5. Technology & Treatment Approval:

- Evaluate and approve new technologies, machines, treatments, and products
- Ensure scientific validity, safety, and ROI before implementation
- Guide procurement of advanced dermatology equipment.

6. Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with medical laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Approve consent forms and documentation formats
- Maintain accurate and legally sound medical records.

7. Patient Experience & Brand Reputation:

- Ensure high patient satisfaction and trust
- Handle VIP and sensitive cases
- Monitor reviews, complaints, and escalations
- Safeguard and enhance brand credibility

8. Research & Innovation:

- Stay updated with latest dermatology and aesthetic trends
- Introduce innovative, evidence-based treatments

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
