We are looking for a resilient, empathic IT Business Development Specialist to contribute to the growth of our company with an acute understanding of business concepts, good logical & analytical skills, reasonable command of Internet concepts and a penchant for interacting with international clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. He/She should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate business through Upwork, Clutch, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Identify client requirements and write tailored proposals and cover letters.
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare estimates and project scope.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills:





- 2–5 years of Business Development experience in an IT services company.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork (mandatory); Clutch experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as MERN Stack, Shopify, WordPress, CMS, and Custom Web Development.
- Experience in international client acquisition and IT service sales.
- Excellent proposal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
