Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive with 2+ years of experience to support and enhance our HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, advantages, and procedures
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback cycles
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
- Assist in payroll coordination and leave management

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
- or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity

Schedule:

- Day shift: 10 AM to 7 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekends Off: Saturday and Sunday
