Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Branch Head to oversee the daily operations of our academy branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth branch operations, achieving admission targets, maintaining student satisfaction, and driving overall branch growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations

- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure smooth functioning of classes, admissions, and administrative activities.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and monitor teachers, telecallers, counselors, and administrative staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure staff productivity and adherence to company policies.

Admissions & Business Growth

- Monitor enquiry follow-ups and admission conversions.
- Work closely with the counseling and marketing teams to achieve branch admission targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase student enrolments and branch revenue.

Student & Parent Relations

- Address student and parent concerns professionally.
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and their families.





Reporting & Administration

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports.
- Monitor attendance, fees, admissions, and operational records.
- Ensure proper maintenance of branch infrastructure and resources.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in team management, branch operations, education, sales, or administration.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Target-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in educational institutes, coaching centers, training institutes, or service-based organizations.
- Experience managing teams and achieving business targets.
