Overview
A Staff Nurse is a healthcare professional responsible for providing direct patient care, supporting doctors, and ensuring smooth functioning of hospital wards or clinics. They play a key role in patient safety, recovery, and overall healthcare quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patient condition (temperature, pulse, BP)
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Assist doctors during procedures and surgeries
- Maintain patient records and reports
- Provide wound care and dressing
- Handle emergency situations (first aid, CPR)
- Educate patients and families about treatment and care
- Maintain hygiene and infection control standards
Qualification & Requirements
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM Diploma
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- Experience: Fresher to experienced (hospital dependent)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
