We are looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant with solid expertise in Real Estate Management processes, system configuration, and integration across SAP and non-SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering RE-FX solutions, managing integrations, and ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP RE-FX to meet business requirements, including Real Estate lease-out contract management, billing, correspondence, and master data.
- Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects.
- Manage RE-FX Master Data, Architectural Objects, and IFRS 16-related configurations.
- Set up workflows for SAP Real Estate Contracts and Rental Objects.
- Lead integration topics with other SAP modules (PS, FICO, SD, and preferably EAM) and non-SAP systems.
- Understand business needs and suggest process improvements.
- Detail functional requirements for custom developments and enhancements.
- Support the implementation of SAP RE-FX IFRS solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and provide expert guidance during implementation and support phases.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP RE-FX.
- Strong knowledge of RE-FX Master Data, Architectural Objects, and contract management.
- Experience with integrations to PS, FICO, SD, and preferably EAM.
- Understanding of IFRS 16 compliance within RE-FX.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills and prior customer-facing experience.
Desirable Skills:
- SAP FICO training or experience.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
