Social Media Executive

Location: Mohali, Punjab (In-office)

NS Ventures is looking for a Social Media Executive to manage the company's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in content planning, social media management, audience engagement, and reporting.

Responsibilities

- Manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, videos, stories, and other digital content.
- Maintain consistent communication and branding across all platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Prepare and manage monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content creation and publishing.
- Research industry trends and audience interests.
- Suggest content ideas and campaign improvements.
- Upload and manage video content on social media platforms.
- Write captions, descriptions, and post content.
- Monitor content performance and prepare regular reports.
- Track engagement, reach, audience growth, and other key metrics.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in social media management.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms.
- Experience with content creation and scheduling tools.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with digital marketing teams.
- Familiarity with content planning and audience engagement.
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
