- Promising career in the field of housing finance division.
- Identification of the right customer to understand customers' needs, explain various products and convince them about the product offering.
- Should be able to manage overall responsibilities including customers’ requirements.
- Should have his own two-wheeler along with driving license for business purposes like visits and verifications etc.
- Arrange Loan Events- Organize events/ activities for lead generation.
- Meeting Clients, Verify Documents, Process file, Co-ordinate with Sanction/ Disbursement of loan, Relationship Management with Client.
- Major responsibilities: Sales Target Achievements, Controlling Attrition Rate of customers, maintaining customer franchise & Service Quality, Business leads adhering to Audit & Compliance.
