Job Description

we are looking for a BDE who can generate Training Educational Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) which is phone based and/ or face-to-face appointments for our sales teams, Candidate will be responsible for converting generated leads for training courses, IT & Non- IT courses, Corporate courses (Motivational training, leadership skills, Team Building, Train the Trainer etc.) Campus coordination for generating business leads.

- Must have experience in Inside Sales/ New Business Development in Market who can generate leads and convert them into business.
- Excellent communication skills
- Interacting with new and existing clients
- Good Social Media knowledge (Facebook , Instagram , etc.)
- Must know how to present effectively
- Comfortable with travelling PAN India.
- Must know Phone & Email Etiquettes.
- Can work under pressure
- Internet savvy and experience with Word, Power point and Excel, familiarity with MIS reports is highly desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Generating Data basis for Sales
- Converting leads into Sales in B2B and B2C of Training Program




- Generate leads through Telemarketing & Cold calling
- Closing generating leads into business.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers
- Ability to meet Sales target, generate current Business
- Handling Social Media for business

- Visiting prospective clients across Delhi NCR

- Marketing and sales of the company's Training products

- Responsible for New Client Acquisition & meeting opportunity goals.

- Presenting companies products to the clients and creating a necessity and requirement

- Presenting a holistic approach to the clients to avail our services

- Derive a sale strategy based upon field visit findings

- Educate the clients with the advantages of our Training Programs

Requirements:

- Candidate should have 0.6 Months -3years of exp in Sales, Marketing or Business Development

- Experience in selling Training Products/ Programs To corporate / Schools/ Colleges like (Motivational Coaching | Leadership |Train The Trainer | Team Building )

- Hardcore B2B/Corporate field sales.

- Developing, building and managing a client base.

- Must have excellent communication skills.
