- Lead and manage end-to-end procurement for projects related to WTP, STP, and ETP plants
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and cost targets
- Handle GeM portal procurement, e-tendering, RFQs, RFPs, and government bidding processes
- Source and procure critical equipment such as pumps, blowers, valves, pipelines, instrumentation, and treatment systems
- Build and maintain a strong vendor network for mechanical, electrical, and process equipment
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, audit standards, and contractual obligations
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and finance teams for requirement planning and execution
- Monitor procurement budgets, cost tracking, and project profitability
- Oversee inventory planning and ensure timely material availability at project sites




- Drive vendor performance evaluation and risk management

Key Skills & Expertise

- Robust domain knowledge in WTP/STP/ETP systems and project procurement
- Expertise in procurement processes (GeM, e-procurement portals)
- Vendor development & strategic sourcing
- Contract management and commercial acumen
- Cost control, budgeting & negotiation
- Knowledge of EPC project execution and material planning
- ERP/SAP proficiency and strong Excel skills

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Environmental)
- MBA in Supply Chain / Operations (Preferred)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
