Job Summary:

SkyOcean Academy is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Logistics Faculty member to deliver high-quality training in logistics, supply chain management, warehouse operations, transportation, shipping, and related subjects. The ideal candidate will inspire students through engaging instruction, practical learning experiences, and industry-relevant insights while supporting their academic and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver lectures and practical training in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and freight operations.
- Develop and update lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and learning materials aligned with industry standards.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, examinations, and practical assessments.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career support to students.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure course content remains relevant.
- Encourage active classroom participation and maintain a positive, professional learning workplace.




- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective program delivery and student success.
- Maintain accurate academic records and submit reports within established timelines.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, seminars, and institutional activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2+ years of industry and/or teaching experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or freight management.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management, inventory control, transportation systems, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital teaching platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
