PVblink Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Service Engineer for office operations to manage customer support, service coordination, complaint handling, and back-office service activities.
The candidate should have good communication skills, coordination ability, and basic technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and service-related queries
Coordinate with field service engineers for daily updates
Manage service tickets, complaints, and follow-ups
Maintain service reports, records, and CRM updates
Support customers with basic troubleshooting coordination
Coordinate with internal technical and operations team
Ensure proper communication between customers and service department
Prepare daily service reports and updates
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma preferred
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage customer handling and multitasking
Solar / Electrical industry experience preferred
