Position: Inside Sales Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (EdTech / Education / Relevant Sales Experience mandatory)
Location: Work From Office

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive who can handle leads, conduct demos, and convert prospects into enrollments. The candidate must have prior experience in education or EdTech sales and a strong understanding of the student/parent decision cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound leads effectively
- Conduct online demos / counselling sessions for students & parents
- Explain SISYA CLASS offerings clearly and confidently
- Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversions
- Maintain proper data in CRM / sheets
- Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets
- Build trust with parents through consultative selling

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience (EdTech preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Good understanding of online sales process & lead handling

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: Up to ₹3 to 5 LPA + Incentives
