Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive (Work from Office)

Location: Bhayandar West, Mumbai
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on communication skills, aptitude & overall suitability)

Job Responsibilities

- Contact enquiries received through our website, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, phone calls and other online/offline sources.
- Understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into orders.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors and transporters from order confirmation until successful delivery.
- Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.
- Maintain customer records and sales updates.
- Handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative work.




- Provide professional customer support throughout the sales process.

Complete product training will be provided. Prior technical knowledge is not mandatory if you are willing to learn.

- Positive communication skills in Hindi are essential. Basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
