Job Description:

We’re looking for a mid-level technical content developer to help us create product-centric sales and marketing materials to support our team. A big part of your job will be creating content (writing blog articles, white papers, brochures, slide presentations, press releases, email newsletters, web pages, and social media posts) to help our targeted audiences understand what we do and how it can benefit them. It’s a role that not only requires excellent writing skills but also depends on your ability to collaborate with others and manage projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Build and execute a content calendar that addresses content creation, distribution, and promotion of B2B SaaS applications.
- Create and maintain product-related contents in a variety of mediums, such as blog articles, white papers, sales presentations, videos, solution guides, web pages, marketing brochures, and more
- Research and translate technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for non-technical and technical users.
- Storyboard How-To's, FAQs, Process Documents, Launch documents and collaborate on other training materials to ensure all aspects are covered
- Develop materials specific to Products' Features and Benefits explaining complex information in a straightforward and concise manner
- Create strong contents that fulfill clients and company standards and audience goals




- Ensure that Atkku’s product is consistently described across markets and mediums
- Perform Needs Analysis and evaluate key performance metrics to identify additional content requirements
- Maintain a content delivery schedule and a forecast of development capacity
- Work with Media teams to ensure content is optimized for targeted keywords based on SEO best practices

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years’ experience in technical content writing for B2B SaaS, Softwares/Products
- Demonstrated work writing for US IT Staffing & its Accounting processes are an added advantage
- A proven ability to write toward our targets: thought leaders and decision-makers within US IT Staffing and US Accounting organizations
- Proficient in content production and marketing, including copywriting, editing, distribution, and promotion
- A deep understanding of the relationship between textual and visual elements
- Strong copy-editing and proof-reading skills. Attention to small details in both copy documents and designs won’t just save headaches; it will be a prerequisite of hiring
- Account for variations in reader geography, role, industry, and technical expertise in your writing
- Technologically savvy, able to learn new technology quickly and teach it to others
- Able to work independently but loves working with others
- Demonstrated knowledge of core SEO concepts
- Experience with WordPress, Keynote/Google Slides, Google Analytics, marketing automation/email platforms, and top social channels
