1) Able to manage team on ground within store for fulfilment of orders and delivery fleet team for order delivery.

2) Work with the store teams to ensure best is delivered to both online and offline customers, driving all the Star-Quick metrics.

3) Able to take decisions on ground keeping customer first.

4) Handle store level cost, resources and drive the teams on ground to deliver the best.

5) End-to-end ownership in terms of planning and execution of operational tasks of the Store.

6) Manage all aspects of order processing – picking, packing, dispatch, delivery, Return process.

7) Monitor customer delivery slots and utilization of slots to quickly align resources to get the best promise time to customers.

8) Drive productivity both at picker and delivery boy level to minimize cost.

9) Cash Handling and Petty Cash Management.

10) Track Customer complaints.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
