(IZON Tools) Location: Rajkot Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage our existing customer base and handle incoming inquiries. This is an Inside Sales role focused on customer relationship management, quotation preparation, order follow-up, and ensuring excellent customer service. ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with existing customers.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp Business, and email. Prepare quotations and follow up to convert inquiries into orders. Handle customer communication received on the company's official WhatsApp numbers, including assigned business accounts.

Coordinate with the dispatch, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth order execution. Update customer interactions and follow-up details in the CRM system.



Resolve customer queries professionally and provide after-sales support.

Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets. RequirementsGraduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination. Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.

Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, MS Excel, and computer applications. Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
