Job Title: Sales Executive – Marketing (Transformer / C2C / APFC)

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Work from Office + Field Sales

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We are hiring a Sales Executive – Marketing for our Bhopal office. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in field sales or marketing within the Transformer, C2C, APFC Panel, Electrical Equipment, or Industrial Products industry. The role involves generating new business, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through field visits and client meetings.
- Promote and sell Transformers, C2C solutions, APFC Panels, and other electrical products.
- Identify potential customers and build long-term business relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and explain technical specifications.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and sales reports.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales or Marketing.
- Experience in Transformer, C2C, APFC Panels, Electrical Equipment, or Industrial Products is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel for field visits.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
