- Manage counter sales, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting targets.

- Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

- Maintain knowledge of jewelry products, including diamonds, gold, and other precious metals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S.).

- Robust understanding of counter sales principles and practices.

- 1-6 years of experience in retail or related field (jewelry industry preferred).

- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
