Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets in the insurance industry.
- Build robust relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client complaints promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in credit card sales, CASA sales, loan sales, mutual funds sales, or insurance sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
- Strong understanding of financial services products such as credit cards, loans, mutual funds, etc.
