Kactii is a GenAI startup building next-generation AI-powered solutions for businesses. We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to help us grow our customer base and establish Kactii's presence in the market. Role Overview

We're seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in sales, ideally within SaaS, tech, or AI/ML products. You'll own the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to closing and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy as an early sales hire. Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads across target markets.
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales pipeline: outreach, negotiation, closing, and onboarding handoff.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the founding/product team to relay market feedback and refine positioning.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM tools.
- Represent Kactii professionally in client calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Requirements
- 2 – 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account executive roles (SaaS/tech background preferred).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup setting.
- Genuine interest in AI/GenAI and emerging technology is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience selling to enterprise or B2B clients is a bonus.
